Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com at Tres Astronautas to keep track of tasks and hours spent on these specifically for the design team. We made a transition to be an objective-based team in contrast to our tech development team which still uses other software to make hourly reports on time management. monday.com has helped us to figure out how much time needs to be invested in each objective and thus be able to accurately estimate new tasks.

It's easy to use and navigate, even for people who are not on our team and constantly need to check up on our tasks. I love the small animations and micro-interactions that make it fun to use. I also like the feedback workflow it creates by letting the members tag other members to check up on tasks.
We have constantly contacted moday.com with requests or problems and they have been eager to help us every single time. In fact, the last time we reached out to them was about 6 months ago and haven't needed their help again. That's how easy it is to use and learn.
It is very reliable, we did have some problems about 9 months ago, where the app would freeze or forced us to do some manual processes in order to create a KPI report. However, we haven't had a problem to use monday.com since then and we are able to hand in hour monthly reports in less than 5 minutes every time.

monday.com is the best time and task managing tool I've used while working in a design team. It can be customized extensively and adapted to a company's and team's needs. In my particular case, it has helped enormously to separate the tasks from the design team from the software development team, who have different needs.
