I use monday.com for all my projects and programs. As a service business with many clients, I need to manage all these projects across multiple teams. I also need to track my time. I receive many emails and research the internet about how I can help small islands build wealth and how I can help private and public investors invest in these small islands. For this I'm continuously gathering data on the internet about the economies of these small nations, researching articles and working on projects.
monday.com is my first app I log in to on my desktop. Even when I'm in my bed and I read some interesting articles I send these articles to my Monday.com app to the relevant project. It helps me automate my workflows, it helps me keep on top of my tasks. And the best thing: It has some amazing dashboards where I can see all my progress and the dashboards can easily be made and customized for my business.

monday.com has always been up, and I have used it for 5 years. It is just there. I don't even think anymore it is in the cloud. It looks like it is a desktop app, always there.

I work with virtual assistants. And they can log in my system and do work for me for specific projects. They can track their time, add tasks, etc. When we meet, we just put monday.com on screen and everything is ready. I can monitor their progress via dashboards. I can share files with them right in monday.com because I can add a file to a task.
This is soo easy. A 10. I have used many project management software and this is the easiest system that I have used.
It gives you all the dashboards you need. You can add dashboards you want easily. You have gantt charts, you have overall project progress indicators, you can filter on specific tasks, projects and team members. Everything you need as a senior program and project manager is right there for you. And because there is no code involved, you can do it yourself. You don't need to spend time on developers to code it for you.

Yes - Excel, Google Spreadsheets. My projects became to complex. I had too many projects and I needed a way to easily create proposals for new clients and then execute those projects. I needed a way to track time for tasks. Then I decided to look for another solution and I tried monday.com. And never left.

Easy of Use. I need to focus on delivering my programs and projects and not on all project administrative tasks. So now I have a Work OS system that works for me and that I can easily customize to my needs. Excel and Google Spreadsheets and also MS Project cannot do that.
I would create a project or an existing project in Excel. I would import them in monday.com. I would create some dashboards on paper and create them in monday.com. I would work with a remote team member and test monday.com for two weeks and make a decision. So start working right away in it and use it.

I got support beyond the basic tier. The reason is that I needed more features. And they have the features I need.
I was trying to find out how I could time track for multiple projects. I wanted to know how much time was spent on multiple projects in one number. The support of monday.com did everything to make it work for me. They gave me articles etc. I felt there was a support team working for me to make it happen.

Yes - It works great. You can add tasks, see your dashboards, move between multiple projects while you are in your bed. I brainstorm on projects and put all the tasks I need to do while I'm in my bed. Next morning I see them in my monday.com and start working on them.
