Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Dashboard allows quick and easy updates. Helps keep prospects list active. Makes it easier to manage the pipeline, and provides a quick status for each entry.

Cons

  • Opening phone column at initial set up, then having it blocked by a pop-up to upgrade was frustrating. Any temporary trial features should be well noted.
  • Would like to see a plan for single users, with more features. Even if you pay monthly for it.
  • Exports are checked to include updates, but they are not on the excel sheet afterwards.

The templates are very helpful, and assist with organization. They are easy to set up and save a tremendous amount of time. Also, some templates offer ideas that improve data management. Easy to use, and ready to connect to other tools. I found this to be a very beneficial, and one of the best reasons to use monday.com
I found the support team to be responsive, and helpful. Timely replies, with professional friendly service. They address my questions and concerns, in detail so I could get the answers I needed and get back to business. A good support team is critical, and increases the overall value of the product.
The performance for monday.com CRM is adequate, and superior to many on the market. The templates, and ease of set up are important factors. Colorful graphics with and easy to read dashboard are helpful. Quick updates, and fast editing for colors and categories are very helpful. The features allow easy changes, to improve your data management.

Great dashboard. Easy on the eyes with nice graphics, large displays make it easy to scan, and the caterogies are easy to set up. You can keep prospective customers, and active deals at a glance. Single users have no way to upgrade without paying for a multi user account.
Some of the marketing pop-ups can block features while offering an upgrade, with a " no thank you" option, but then it does not work.
