Dashboard allows quick and easy updates. Helps keep prospects list active. Makes it easier to manage the pipeline, and provides a quick status for each entry.

- Opening phone column at initial set up, then having it blocked by a pop-up to upgrade was frustrating. Any temporary trial features should be well noted.
- Would like to see a plan for single users, with more features. Even if you pay monthly for it.
- Exports are checked to include updates, but they are not on the excel sheet afterwards.

The performance for monday.com CRM is adequate, and superior to many on the market. The templates, and ease of set up are important factors. Colorful graphics with and easy to read dashboard are helpful. Quick updates, and fast editing for colors and categories are very helpful. The features allow easy changes, to improve your data management.
