Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

In a deadline-driven, ever-changing business world it's important to stay organized and make sense of the chaos. I work with teams that manage customers, projects, implementations, schedules, approvals, requests, and much more and monday.com helps us turn chaos into order. monday.com is user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing. That makes it easy and fun to learn. There's no steep learning curve like other project management/work OS tools, so my teams can get up to speed quickly and get more work accomplished with less effort.

Pros

  • In context communication on items
  • Improved productivity through automations
  • Visibility into project tracking.

Cons

  • Forms can be a bit clunky when reordering questions, especially when using conditional logic.
  • It would be nice to be able to manually sort a batch of items. Ex. select the last 4 out of 8 items in a group and move them to be the first of the 8 items in the group. Current functionality only allows to manually resort one at a time.
  • People are given time back in their lives when using automations. No more babysitting and less grunt work.
  • The transparency that comes with using monday.com helps managers better delegate tasks when they see teams may be getting stretched thin.
If you can operate social media then you can use monday.com. It's that easy.
Always quick to respond, but often there is much back and forth before support understands the issue being communicated.
monday.com works as designed and is very reliable with very little downtime or software issues.
