Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We have a couple of small DEV teams and our project manager uses monday.com to create, assign and track tasks assigned to us. Task Management in monday.com is flexible, fast and convenient. It is easy to drag and drop, clone, edit within monday.com and we could customize as per our organization's need. Changing Status of Task is quick and we get email notifications for status changes and other notifications related to task. We use it to add comments and documentation related to tasks. Made project management super-easy !

I really like the flexibility in the UI such as creating tasks and moving them around.
Support has always been great and timely.
monday.com is really fast and responsive. I really like the navigation within monday.com. I never found it down and we have been really productive while using monday.com as work management software.

I feel monday.com is best for small teams and when teams needs fast and flexible Project Management system. Also, when project managers need good control of Project Management system and yet provide team members some control as well.

monday.com might not be preferred when Project Managers would like to integrate project management with Source Control and builds like Azure DevOps
