Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com to track project progress from start to finish. This begins with our Sales team and goes all through the onboarding process. It helps keep our teams aligned and organized. We are also able to produce a variety of reports to determine where we are with KPIs for each team.

Our previous CRM does experience outages periodically, but we have never noticed anything with nonday.com, so it has seemed extremely reliable and problem-free.
- Asana and HubSpot CRM
It's been a while since trying Asana, so it's hard to say. I think they are very similar from what I remember, but maybe monday.com has more reporting and customization possibilities?
