Overall Satisfaction with Namely

Namely is my source of truth. I used it to storage information about all my employees and to easily get reports and data insights. We use it also for time off control and planning. We have also used Namely to increase commitment to birthdays and anniversaries, people can interact and show interest for others.

Namely was selected for their price and all the integrations that it has.
We evaluated more softwares but they didn’t accomplish everything we wanted to made with Namely
I received a full follow up with all the implementation. They also made sure that I understand how to use this tool.
For all the functions it has and continues improving
If your company wants a HRIS that storages and manages all information of your employees in one place where that can feel comfortable using it, Namely is your choice. Unfortunately, Namely still needs to improve their org chart and benefits like insurance for USA personnel (we manage our payroll somewhere else)
