Use Cases and Deployment Scope

NetSuite helps our business consolidate processes and standardize them. The flexibility for customization is a huge differentiator. Allows our business to scale as need it and to continue building over a strong foundation. Having also the ability to add other applications seamlessly helps improve the user experience a so to speak not reinvent the wheel.

Alternatives Considered

Emburse Chrome River, Avalara, Workday Adaptive Planning and BILL

Some of the we use, it seems that NetSuite is starting to close the gap vs other external applications in terms of features which is good but at the same time, some of those required a significant investment so i would not be able to switch easily given the heavy investment. Looking forward to see what else is on the pipeline

Overall is pretty good. Hopping to see the new applications and what is on the pipeline

Support Rating

Overall they are fairly knowledgeable, which they would pay attention to times and hours of operations. Multiple times I'll get calls a 9pm local time despite populating the hours of operations

Likelihood to Recommend

NetSuite applies to multiple businesses and across industries, so once you reach a certain level of revenue it makes sense. But, the map processing and understanding of the business is critical; that is the step I've seen skip several times and where implementation go south. Consultant do not listen, they have their recipe book and are not understanding the business basic needs before doing the implementation. I would summarize it in a simple phrase: You can not automate what you do not understand
