Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
I have been using NetSuite ERP for the past 4 years. It plays an important role in managing finance, procurement, inventory, and reporting. NetSuite ERP makes financial management much easier, especially for large organisations, and also helps a lot with inventory management.
I use it in the manufacturing business. Our revenue comes from different platforms like Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, etc. With NetSuite ERP, it becomes very easy to reconcile these accounts, even when there is a large volume of data. All these platforms are synced with NetSuite ERP, so we don’t have to post each transaction manually. This saves a lot of time and reduces manual work.

Pros
- Inventory management - We can easily manage inventory with this software.
- Data upload - if we have to upload large number of data in this software. it is too easy with the help of CSV we can easily map these transactions and upload the same.
- Our organization sells through platforms like Shopify, amazon, stripe, etc which means we have a high volume of transactions every day—sales, returns, discounts, charges, payments, and more. Managing all this with regular software is quite difficult. But with NetSuite ERP, handling these daily transactions becomes much easier and more efficient.
Cons
- Transfer recording in bank - While reconciling bank if there are lots of transactions and sometimes we have to upload those in system. In NetSuite ERP we can't upload "Transfers" via csv mode.
- Customization of NetSuite ERP is difficult for normal users. we need expertise helps in customization.
- Saved search and reports are powerful tools in NetSuite ERP but at the same time creating those reports is lengthy process.
- If we talk about the costs. it provides so many things but bit pricey on the otherhand.
- Positive Impact are its helps in Inventory management. from requisition to procurement it helps on every level. PO based purchasing is easy with NetSuite ERP.
- Its helps in Revenue Management - Easily recording of Cash Sales and Invoices. with single click those are in customer inbox with payment details.
- Reporting section is too good. easily create and customize searches with this tool. but negative point is that its not easy for any new users.
- Navigations is difficult in this software.
NetSuite ERP is one of the big player in accounting software. I have good working experience with this software. it helps us to do more smart work instead of hard work. Provide more features and making business numbers easy and accurate. Along with that if helps us in many ways as described earlier like integration with other platforms, Reporting , etc.
