It is used mostly by the IT and HR dept for process automation across all the depts. Process mapping makes it easy to view our companies processes, and better understand each of the steps. It ensures continuous improvement, quality assurance, individual tasks, risk management, and productivity gains from optimization.

It was mostly used in the HR areas and some of the IT and normal business operations forms and process mapping. You can change the forms easily, put in new fields, colors and immediately react to feedback. It makes changing and retyping easy so you can change and re-change forms all the time.
Yes, some of the younger HR staff use it all the time. It is mostly them that use it. IT is only involved if they need something really difficult done, but they are not that good anyway.
The platform’s usability helped our company to speed the automation of business processes because we can quickly test and prototype forms to see what they are like, and how people would use them. This allows us to change and tweak before putting it out to the total workforce of the company.
Yes, quickly especially if you use templates. It is not the time of doing the form that takes the time, but the back and forth of getting the process right, but then the forms are perfect. The platform’s usability helped us speed the automation of the full business rewriting process to make it perfect.
Nintex Process Platform would be the leader in most of these. A lot of them do much the same thing but Nintex Process Platform is a lot easier to use.
