Great Customer service
Overall Satisfaction with OnPay
We love OnPay. We have our retirement plan through them as well as Health insurance. They do our payroll as well. The customer service has been amazing and very prompt. I have had issues in the past on how to do things and utilized the chat option, which was amazing. You get an email of the chat after it is all said and done.

- Have a time clock that is available for everyone.
- Time saver for getting our employee handbook done and up to date
- The ease of running payroll
- They file some forms for us so I don't have to worry about that
- Paychex Flex and Gusto
Overall OnPay was the best bang for my buck. Had a lot to offer and was cheaper than the rest of the people we looked into
