Overall Satisfaction with OnPay

We love OnPay. We have our retirement plan through them as well as Health insurance. They do our payroll as well. The customer service has been amazing and very prompt. I have had issues in the past on how to do things and utilized the chat option, which was amazing. You get an email of the chat after it is all said and done.

  • Send an email on all taxes and forms that they submit showing they are submitted
  • Have a time clock that is available for everyone.
  • Time saver for getting our employee handbook done and up to date
  • The ease of running payroll
  • They file some forms for us so I don't have to worry about that
They were very prompt in responding. If they didn't have the answers right away then they let me know they are working on getting the answers for me. The communication is outstanding on the phone, email, or chat option
So easy to use and if you forget then you can always get an answer the same day. So many things are linked with OnPay that it is easy to get a hold of someone for help
Overall OnPay was the best bang for my buck. Had a lot to offer and was cheaper than the rest of the people we looked into

Customer Service is HUGE in my eyes and I have not been let down by people checking in or responding with help in a timely manner.
