Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Web Experimentation

Used for a select number of organization. used by non-technical users who want to run experiments

Pros

  • Easy to follow UI
  • Easy to implement

Cons

  • Cluttered UI components - things can be collapsed
  • Increased number of experiments run
  • Time saved on implementation compared to server side experiments
Web is pretty flexible with a lot of use cases
Feature experimentation is also used
We use to implement and analyze results - design is done separately outside of the platform
Better UI, more integrated with our enterprise
