Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
PandaDoc has been a great e-signature engine for our firm's annual engagement process. The ability to send letters en masse to clients is key for our process and their bulk send function solved this problem perfectly. Most letters come back signed within a day and the ability to email clients a direct link is a huge timesaver when the original email gets stuck in a spam or junk folder.
Pros
- Bulk send - saves time by sending multiple letters at once using CSV upload.
- Embedded links - send clients a link to a standard template so they can sign anytime.
- Share via Link - ability to send clients a link directly to their document.
Cons
- Some small technical issues have come up but support has always been helpful.
- Forms is a new functionality and still needs work.
- Time saved thanks to ability to attach signed document to PDF, we don't have to even login to download the final document.
- The new Forms tool has been helpful in getting some unanswered questions back from client in an easy format that they seem to like.
The main reason we selected PandaDoc was the Bulk Send feature. Our data comes out of other databases in Excel and I didn't want to have to use yet another 3rd party software to load that information before integrating with an eSignature engine. PandaDoc was one of the only eSignature solutions that allowed us to upload our mass mailing data in CSV format and then send letters out automatically.
