Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

By 2 departments. Sales for proposals/contracts and for HR for employment offers and other HR contracts. removes paper. Collects payments and ensures that documents are never lost. Also makes it easier to work remotely with clients and staff.
  • Collecting credit card details for future transactions.
  • Being viewable as printable PDF.
  • Easy editor.
  • Not including separate departments as standard is very annoying.
  • Still not as intuitive to sign off on as DocuSign.
  • Not as pretty as Qwilr.
  • Tie saved sending proposals.
  • Increased closure rate.
  • Ease of collecting money on sign up.
All of the above.
We don't use many of these features and haven't found them particularly helpful yet.
It is well structured (if a little tight) and creates professional looking documents.
  • Wasn't expecting initially to use it in HR.
  • Not as trusted as DocuSign but far more flexible.
  • Not as pretty as Qwilr but far more accessible.
  • Not as many workflow functions as HelloSign but far more functional.
  • Not as many templates as Proposify but far more functional.
Well suited to instances where you need to edit proposals per instance quite a lot before sending. Not as well suited (as DocuSign) to situations where there are standard form contracts. Not as well suited for creative businesses that want a lot of flare in their proposals (as Qwilr). Well suited when you may have end users that need to print or download PDF versions of the documents.
