Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We are currently using PandaDoc to send and receive account documentation to and from our clientele.
- Forms that are sent for signature do not require download to complete and our clientele truly appreciate the simplified process of signing forms.
- Being able to send forms through PandaDoc allows for us to better adhere to COVID-19 guidelines set forth by the CDC by allowing us to social distance and our clients are able to fill out forms from the comfort of their homes.
- PandaDoc keeps record of all signed forms, which allows us to print less paper and keep forms in digital files.
- PandaDoc is exceptional in all areas, I have no complaints.
- Time saved creating documents.
- Less paper being printed as all forms are stored digitally.
- Does not require our clients to download in order to sign.
PandaDoc makes for an extremely efficient signature process and is mobile-friendly for our clientele. A lot of our clientele is not what you would call computer savvy, but have given feedback since the switch to the PandaDoc software that they are able to sign and send forms without any issues. It is generally "user friendly".
- We simply use PandaDoc as a streamline for client documents.
We found PandaDoc and have been very satisfied. There was and is no reason for us to look any further as the features and benefits of PandaDoc meet all of our needs. We will be using PandaDoc across all of our clinics going forward to ensure efficiency across the board!
