Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
Our team uses PandaDoc to send out proposals in a consistent, branded, and trackable way. All of our project managers across all departments use it. The use of templates allows for easy standardization, helping us to ensure both a consistent and elevated client experience. Plus, being able to track when a client receives, looks at, and signs a proposal is VERY helpful.

Based on our team's experience with Proposify, PandaDoc is very comparable and even has similar design elements. However, PandaDoc seems to be a bit more clean and user-friendly in their UX, which does come with its limitations in design. There are pros and cons to both, so I'd say it comes down to team preference.
