Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to sign insurance applications. Everyone in our organization uses it. The biggest advantage is the integration with Hubspot. We specifically use Hubspot for all of the product lines and to have a platform that goes across all of these is amazing. Also, the ease of use with Hubspot is amazing and allows us to place fields right into PandaDoc.

Pros

  • Hubspot integration
  • Customer support for problems.
  • Constantly evolving: they do great product launches.

Cons

  • No erasing feature on the document to delete words.
  • The notifications on the app are tedious you get 3 notifications when someone opens and signs.
  • About half of my emails go to spam to prospect due to the filters, so you have to follow up.
  • PandaDoc has saved about 15 minutes per transaction and we transact about 4 documents a day.
  • It is scalable so we use both it for automatic process and 1 off signatures.
  • Clients find it very easy to use.
  • Signing documents ourselves
PandaDoc is FASTER by 10x. The signature certificate is folded right into the email, not a separate download. PandaDoc has the reminder feature. With the PDFfiller you can edit the original text, but in PandaDoc you can't.

Insurance is amazing as we have so many documents
Hubspot users The price point is great compared to DocuSign

Less appropriate:
If you have an industry standard already.
DocuSign for Lawyers and retailers, etc.
Not a lot of signatures are required other free products are better.
