Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We use PandaDoc to sign insurance applications. Everyone in our organization uses it. The biggest advantage is the integration with Hubspot. We specifically use Hubspot for all of the product lines and to have a platform that goes across all of these is amazing. Also, the ease of use with Hubspot is amazing and allows us to place fields right into PandaDoc.

- Constantly evolving: they do great product launches.
- No erasing feature on the document to delete words.
- The notifications on the app are tedious you get 3 notifications when someone opens and signs.
- About half of my emails go to spam to prospect due to the filters, so you have to follow up.
- PandaDoc has saved about 15 minutes per transaction and we transact about 4 documents a day.
- It is scalable so we use both it for automatic process and 1 off signatures.
- Clients find it very easy to use.
We never use the platform for collaboration BUT instant notification on devices is great and being able to watch them sign or fill in the document albeit creepy lol is great to see them and e-signature seems to work well for them.
