Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to sign insurance applications. Everyone in our organization uses it. The biggest advantage is the integration with Hubspot. We specifically use Hubspot for all of the product lines and to have a platform that goes across all of these is amazing. Also, the ease of use with Hubspot is amazing and allows us to place fields right into PandaDoc.

  • Customer support for problems.
  • Constantly evolving: they do great product launches.
  • No erasing feature on the document to delete words.
  • The notifications on the app are tedious you get 3 notifications when someone opens and signs.
  • About half of my emails go to spam to prospect due to the filters, so you have to follow up.
  • PandaDoc has saved about 15 minutes per transaction and we transact about 4 documents a day.
  • It is scalable so we use both it for automatic process and 1 off signatures.
  • Clients find it very easy to use.
We don't create products from scratch so that isn't applicable BUT BUT BUT let me tell you if your industry already has lots of PDFs, the template feature will save you DAYS of your life. YES, days. And if it is form fillable and it automatically assigns them your mind will be blown. Integrations are amazing, we even Zapier completed documents to different departments.
We never use the platform for collaboration BUT instant notification on devices is great and being able to watch them sign or fill in the document albeit creepy lol is great to see them and e-signature seems to work well for them.
Professionally, this is great and user friendly. I just dislike animals' incorporate names. But the staff are very professional and updates makes sense.

PandaDoc is FASTER by 10x. The signature certificate is folded right into the email, not a separate download. PandaDoc has the reminder feature. With the PDFfiller you can edit the original text, but in PandaDoc you can't.

Insurance is amazing as we have so many documents
Hubspot users The price point is great compared to DocuSign

Less appropriate:
If you have an industry standard already.
DocuSign for Lawyers and retailers, etc.
Not a lot of signatures are required other free products are better.
