Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
I use PandaDoc as a tool to help me with the invoicing process for one of my key editorial clients. The requirement of this client is that commissioning forms are sent to me digitally, and I then need to complete various fields and add information (such as the word count for selected articles), before signing them. When trying to complete this process for the first time, I tried a number of e-signature clients and tools, and found all of them difficult to use or extremely expensive for something that I would not be using every day. Eventually, I discovered PandaDoc and found that it allowed me to complete all the necessary processes easily. I was genuinely impressed by how clear it was to use and how smooth the process was - everything is intuitive and explained the whole way through. The e-signature process was also refreshingly easy and gave me a number of options. It now takes me minutes to complete the commissioning forms and I can get several done in quick succession.
- Makes e-signatures easy.
- Makes adding text fields (and the required text) simple.
- Allows for consecutive documents to be worked on quickly, with no time-consuming processes that require starting from scratch.
- Very occasionally there is a glitch when I download documents that doesn't allow me to use the 'complete' button, so I need to start again.
- The text boxes and e-signature boxes could move a little more smoothly when being dragged.
- The e-signature appears in quite a small font when first completed and could be made larger as a default.
- It has saved me a huge amount of time.
- It has essentially meant that my invoices get paid faster, as I can create and send them quicker and don't put off the process any more (I need to create commissioning forms with every invoices, which is what I used PandaDoc for in this process).
- It has made my admin days far more efficient.
I have definitely benefitted from the e-signature capabilities, including the mobile functionality. It's the simplest e-signature tool I have used.
- As a key part of an invoice completion process.
PandaDoc is far better for me and my uses than DocuSign. Firstly, there seem to be fewer processes to get the result I need, and the processes that are there are much more intuitive. It took me minutes to edit and add text to a document when I started using PandaDoc and that wasn't the case with DocuSign. Also, PandaDoc has a great free package.
