Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

I use it to send out terms and conditions documents to people new to using our database platform called Oasis. The problem was before we only had paper signatures for the terms and condition sheets which became hard to collect and hard for the people I train to sign and return.
  • know the status of viewing and signing
  • simple to add signer
  • let's me send hyperlink to form, not only through PandaDoc system
  • make the form feature free, my org has found one that let's you do that for free
  • time saved
  • better customer experience
  • higher chance our team gets the proper documentation
I haven't used it for the purposes of proposal or quote creation. It was nice using it to create a contract, I really like how it gives me different colors for every different person I send it to, it's so pretty and aesthetically pleasing. It's easy to drag the box into place. If I could add anything it'd be the ability to create your own signature that you can always use, although the built-in font is super useful I would also like to have the option because I do like the way it looks.
I didn't know it was mobile-friendly! I'm really glad I'm filling out this survey to find that out. My organization has a general email and so I don't get real-time information because I have to wait for the staff person to forward that email notification to me about PandaDoc. But it gives a very cathartic feeling to have it be relatively instant in my case.
The layout is simple. I never have any trouble navigating when I pull up a document. I like the nice white backdrop and the pops of color with each different signature. I think PandaDoc green is a good choice. Sometimes I think the name panda in PandaDoc is a little off-putting to some but I don't mind it.

I thought DocuSign was ok, I didn't like that their free package was so restricted so I couldn't get a could feel of the service without signing up for the [monthly] trial. It makes PandaDoc seem generous to have such a nice free package. I was less a fan of their color scheme as well and the fact that you can't generate a link to send to get the document signed. eversign was forgettable and it just didn't feel as professional or easy to use.

Do you think PandaDoc delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with PandaDoc's feature set?

Yes

Did PandaDoc live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of PandaDoc go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy PandaDoc again?

Yes

It is great for sending emails to the person you need a signature from because you can generate a link and send it to them along with other content in your message instead of having it separate. This is great because it's a nice way to keep track of knowing that you sent the form to them and keeping all communication in one place.
