Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Our team uses PandaDoc to send our new customers' sales quotes and give accurate and visually pleasing pricing. We also send current customer add-on agreements through PandaDoc as well. The platform makes it easy to send a personalized and simple quotation while making it simple on the backend to create a visually pleasing template that is personal and branded. Our team is able to see when the customer has viewed the document, CC our sales partners or other employees, and write personalized messages when sending over the quote. I love how easy it is to simply select items from our catalog and get quotes over to my sales partner quickly and efficiently. PandaDoc gives me the ability to send over same-day quotations without any stress or hassle. The platform is easy to use, easy to understand, and very user-friendly.

The reusable templates are life-changing with it comes to sales! The ability to have templates already built out, and be able to simply select items from my catalog makes it so easy to send out quotes. My quoting turnaround time has greatly improved, and I am able to send out personalized, branded quotes that make the company look good. The content library is easy to use and makes it simple to make quick changes to templates with branded items we already have created.
PandaDoc gives me real-time notifications and sends me a signed copy of our sales agreements/quotations right when the customer signs it. I can CC my sales partner on there, who also gets a notification when the customer signs. This makes the transition from sales/quoting to onboarding seamless because I can quickly save the signed document and input it into our onboarding pipe. The mobile-friendly eSignature capability gives my customers the flexibility to sign from anywhere, making it more likely for me to close deals earlier.
The documents that we create in PandaDoc are branded, look professional, and are easy to customize. The document never looks wonky or out of order, it always looks exactly as we want it to look. I love how our templates have come out, and PandaDoc makes it so simple for us to have separate templates to send depending on which sales partner sends the deal, what type of customer we are closing, etc.
