Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

I use PandaDoc for the electronic delivery of documents for clients to sign. Great that it can either be emailed or a text sent to the client and also allows for saved text (your instructions or message) to be sent along with the documents. I've used several other e-signature solutions on the internet in the past but enjoy PandaDoc the most so far. Very easy and straightforward. I have an app for it on an iPad we use in the office and also have internet links on the desktop on the computer and utilize both frequently.

Pros

  • Collecting signatures remotely.
  • Provides an additional page for audit tracing of where a document was sent & times signed.
  • Can be used across multiple platforms on mobile devices or desktop computer.
  • Drag & Drop simple design anyone can do it.

Cons

  • Integrating payment processing could be useful for certain situations if that isn't offered. I've not seen the option if it is offered.
  • Additional optional features for KYC (Know your customer) could be useful such as verifying by taking photos or entering driver's license info, etc.
  • Great return on investment because we can take in clients from anywhere in the world and get remotely signed documents from them.
  • Great customer experience because it is very straightforward and easy to use. Some of our local customers even use it because they'd prefer not getting out to the office to sign paperwork and would prefer to do it from the comfort of their home.
  • Time saved sending out documents and letting clients sign when they are able to and not having to set up appointments and keep those appointments.
  • We have used it on-site for signature collection with iPads for some documents, other than a normal remote collection of signatures.
  • Being a paperless solution it does save money on printing costs (ink toner & paper).
  • Allows our organization to be virtual and take on clients from anywhere in the world.
More affordable, better design and features align more with what we need to use it for. PandaDoc gets the job done & at a fraction of the cost of the other competitors without sacrificing any features. If you're looking to go virtual to gain more customers, reduce costs, save time, etc then you'll enjoy using PandaDoc.

Very easy and straightforward drag and drop e-signature solution. We utilize it on our iPad and desktops in the office to send documents remotely to clients for signatures that are needed. Clients never seem to have any trouble responding and it automatically sends the documents back to us along with an additional page from PandaDoc for audit trail purposes indicating the emails sent to and date signed. There is also an option for sending via text for individuals that do not have emails. I've used a few other e-signature services in the past but this one has been my favorite for what we do. We utilize it at least 5-20 times each month.
