Overall Satisfaction with Parallels Remote Application Server
We have clients that wanted to use the QuickBooks Desktop product, not online. Trading files back and forth can cause issues with the data not being current on one side or another and we couldn't use it at the same time. So we used Parallels to address this issue.

We moved to cloud-based servers about 5 months ago.
It was too expensive to maintain.
In our application of the product, nothing in the statement above is understandable for me. Without an IT person on staff, the product was too hard for a small business owner to use.

One of the primary reasons that I invested the money in the product was for this reason. The product is only as good as the implementation IT persons skills. 12/17/17 we were hit with a Crypto because the IT person didn't "close" a backdoor.
