Paycom is very user friendly and easy to use. The employee portal is very valuable as all employees are able to login with very little support from the administrator. Paycom worked with us on implementation and added all of our initial information making the start up process very simple and intuitive.
Paycom is well suited for any company that does not specialize in running payroll or studies compliance in tax contributions. Paycom is also very useful in that they provide the information and set the tax levels. The end user can confidently enter their data knowing that it will be processed correctly and they will be financially in compliance with the IRS.
