- Having a Commuter Benefit plan option.
- Ability to have custom needs by client versus looking at what everyone needs.
- Ability to build a more comprehensive onboarding program.
- This has saved time with onboarding once we turned on the self onboarding tool.
- Adding the Learning & Development module has saved a lot of training time.
Paycom has leverage over all systems I've worked on outside of Workday. Workday has the ability to be a global HRIS. Paycom is a single sign-on home built system versus the others have use interfaces to have a complete solution.
Our client contact Devan Benton is the best, super helpful, professional and friendly. He assists me with any issues or problems I have and is willing to come up with solutions or alternatives.
