Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use [Paycom] to house our PTO, benefits, and documents. It is an easy place to view your time off requests and accruals.

Pros

  • Very organized
  • Easy to use
  • One stop shop

Cons

  • I’d like to see my upcoming checks and commissions but I’m not sure if that is currently a functionality my company isn’t using.
  • Reduced overhead for employees
  • Saved time
Reduce overhead, and save time and money.
We are in charge of our time off and accruals. We can see everything and know exactly where we stand.
[Paycom is] well suited for companies that need an organized place to find all hr and payroll needs.
