Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
[Paycom] is being used across the organization. It is being used for all of our payroll and HR needs.
it has solved a few business problems already. We can now clock in an out on our phones so all employees don’t have to touch the same physical time clock which has been important during Covid-19 (especially in a hospital setting). While on maternity leave I still have access to all my time and attendance information via the Paycom app which has been very easy to navigate, submit ask he requests, and add new beneficiaries to my plan

- App functionalities such as company serveys and their ask hr button
- I’m not as experienced with using the Paycom website because I do almost all tasks through the app

The app is so easy to login and use it has been a real time saver. Touch less clocking in has also been a big plus. Paycom has some added functionality such as company surveys and the ask hr button that have been great additions.
Yes we are now using Paycom for scheduling and hr services such as surveys that we were using different systems for prior to Paycom.
When we first started using Paycom they did a virtual training that helped me get up to speed on how to use the product on our go live date
