Paycom Review

Paycom is currently being used across the entire organization. We have been able to convert everyone to paperless time sheets and expenses reports which has really helped us to be efficient.

Organization has consolidated because we are now using Paycom for onboarding and payroll. It makes it so much easier to have all documents and everything housed in one place.

I was very worried about the implementation and process of switching payroll systems. It seems like a daunting task, but it went very smooth overall. Our team was very attentive to our requests and the planned that was laid out to us was very easy to follow.

Our managers are able to view very candidate that applies to their job position. They can keep notes on each applicant and reach out to them through the system. This is nice because they can always see where they are in the hiring process with every person in their que.

Our employees have full control to manager their own HR information in Paycom. It is nice that they can change their own address, tax information, etc. This cuts down on time the administrative staff is spending doing these tasks.
