Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We used Paycom across the entire organization. I implemented most modules Paycom has to offer. We found the process intuitive. We also relied on our specialist for additional help when needed. It is fantastic to know who you will speak with and that they are familiar with your account. The platform solved our compliance training, document retention, timely tax payments, workflows, time off requests, and labor allocation.

  • Benefits enrollment a breeze, edi feeds between carriers no longer a worry.
  • of course payroll is awesome! import files, and verify import data match before you submit!
  • document & task management --love, love, love
  • Applicant tracking is not as robust as it could be. Calendar integration would be great.
  • Performance Assessments- they work, but as the world of work changes, this module could use a refresh. calendar integration is most helpful.
