Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

This is our HRIS as well as payroll and timekeeping. We also utilize the benefits module, scheduling module, and various other modules.
  • One stop shop for most company needs.
  • Timekeeping made easy.
  • Employee Self Service is robust.
  • Time cards and payroll upload that "speak" to each other.
  • Scheduling module respecting Leave of Absences without modifying individual schedule.
  • Saves time.
  • Reduced administrative costs.
  • All employee information house[d] in one central location.
Reporting is easy and can set up customized Push Reporting on a scheduled basis. Ability to pay different rates for different types of production without manipulating the payroll upload. Ability to set up changes to employees in the future with effective dating.
