Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom throughout different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information. It has given us a better understanding of our business throughout it Analytics tools.

Pros

  • Payroll and HR integration.
  • Recruiting.
  • Reporting.
  • Customer service.
  • Usability.

Cons

  • A favorites menu for most used functions.
  • Saved time.
  • Reduced admin cost.
  • Ease of use for employees.
  • Employee empowerment via employee check approvals.
  • Less payroll corrections.
Paycom is light years ahead of the other major payroll companies. Through BETI, employees basically take care of their own payroll. This will sound very scary to seasoned payroll professionals. I know I was scared! But I've seen the light. I will never use another payroll software again!

This is the easiest payroll processing software I have ever used. The integration between the time clock and the payroll function is seamless. You can even make changes to punches, employee records, and PAF's in the middle of processing a payroll. The information flows directly over to what you are working in without the need to manually change anything!
