Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Paycom to do many things, from hiring and onboarding to payroll to performance management and more. We switched from another provided to Paycom for the more usability of the platform for Employees as well as Management. They are also cost-effective.

Paycom has far exceeded our expectations. Its ease of use and the overall cost is mind blowing. They have thought of almost everything a company might encounter and have built a system around it. All of their staff is readily available and will do what they can when they can to help their customers. They are constantly developing to meet the changing world's standards.

The transitions team was readily available at every step. They genuinely seem like they care about you and your business. They leave no stone unturned. I think that this platform is great for companies of any size and they have their core module that includes many systems and then you can add others if needed. I can't think of an industry that wouldn't benefit from this system.
