Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I am the Business Manager/HR and also Paycom administrator. I onboard new employees, make employee changes, and process bi-weekly payroll.

Paycom is a lot less expensive than a PEO and you still have a dedicated payroll person to assist with any issues.

We have 25 employees and the payroll process is manageable currently. I could see the ease of use more challenging as the company exceeds 50 employees, especially with hourly employees who clock in.
