Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom to manage hourly employees time in and out, PTO requests, onboarding documents that require employee signatures, payroll, and tax documents. We have a fully remote staff so this allows us to keep track of all employees in multiple states in a central place. It also gives us easier visibility to an employees status.

Yes. We have not had any issues with payroll thanks to Paycom. Any user errors for payroll were easily corrected through the system and reduced delays for employees receiving miscalculated funds.
The automation for annual reviews has been extremely helpful. Even with a small company it's hard to remember when an employee would be due for one so that automated reminders to both management and employees has kept us compliant with performance reviews and goals
