Paycom for the WIN
Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use this for our main HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Training system. It gives a one stop shop platform that allows team members and managers to complete all that is needed for Talent Acquisition, Training, and Performance Management documentation. I personally use Paycom to manage the learning management system. This helps us house all courses from AT&T and My Wireless.
Pros
- One platform that allows you to accomplish Mutiple things at once.
- Tracks reimbursements and mileage very easily for our frontline leaders
- Allows us to assign courses that tie to knowledge.
Cons
- The Training platform is limited on functionality. Cannot do Learning paths as simple as I want to.
- It also has you leave the Training Management System to update course completion for a team member.
- Reduces the platforms needed to accomplish recruiting, training, and performance management
- Allows our team members to by synced with anything payroll related
- Allows our team members to clock in and out via their application.
We used to use ADP and it had multiple apps we had to download to do training and recruiting. Now we can do this all using Paycom.
Paycom has allowed us to use it from our onboarding team members to our tenured team members. Our back office connects now to our front line team members. Communication is also better because all of it can be sent form one application.
Paycom is much better as it allows us to assign training and recruit. Whereas ADP had to download a third party application to use these.
