Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom to manage hiring, process payroll, and the offboarding process. It is an all-in-one solution. It eliminates the need to have separate programs or multiple spreadsheets to keep track of things. It is a great piece of software and has really been a game-changer for us.

  • The price we pay is definitely worthwhile as I spend less time doing repetitive things.

Previous solutions were always a lot of promises but the delivery never quite lived up to the expectations. The multi-system integration definitely reduces errors and puts more of the onus on employees who enter their own information. Thus, if the information is not correct, it's not reflected back on the company but rather on the individual employee who put in their own information.
The automation is great. By using information that it has already gathered, Paycom is able to automate many of the redundant tasks. It also helps to create errors as the information entered is generally more reliable as it is coming directly from the employee user.
In my opinion, Paycom is leaps and bounds ahead of Paylocity. Paycom is a much more sophisticated piece of software that has made the entire employee experience so much more palatable.

Extremely well suited for small to midsize companies seeking to streamline all their processes. It allows for you to identify candidates, screen them, set up interviews and ultimately hire candidates. All the information then rolls over seamlessly to payroll making it an easy process.
