Paycom Review
Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use PAYCOM for a full HRAS system from anywhere from applicant tracking to onboarding through all the way timekeeping and payroll.
Pros
- Well, the integration, I mean, just the fact that it's an all in one program that we don't have to import time or anything. The S for employee use, Beti is great.
Cons
- Just because we have some very specific pay plans that ends up being some manual data entry during payroll that I think we could probably troubleshoot to find solutions for.
- Big thing with payroll. I mean, I was able to take over payroll myself as opposed to having three different payroll processors and then single software solution with its single database Paycom aims to reduce errors and inefficiency associated with multisystem integration for payroll and HR management software.
Because it is that one platform, I mean, we don't have to import anything, so as long as people's timecard are right, typically the payroll is going to be right.
Ultimately it's saved a bunch of time and money.
We were with Net Checks and we also looked when we transferred to Paycom, we also looked at K four and Paylocity. Much better than Netex and when we researched the other ones. The primary selling point was that Paycom was that you guys owned all of your own software and then return on investment.
