Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom for applicant tracking, HRIS, performance reviews, payroll and timekeeping. Pretty much everything Paycom offers.

Pros

  • Storing data

Cons

  • Performance reviews are a challenge
  • Onboarding is always changing, frustrating
  • Not all updates are appreciated
  • Time saved with multiple office locations
  • Ease of transfer of ees between offices
We were paper prior to Paycom. Everything has an element of improvement
As a single HR manager with 11 locations, it saves a ton of travel time and extra stress and communication as everything is at my fingertips.
I have not. I use the system and jump right in.

Well suited: Paycom works for our size company, manageable system for 250+/- employees. We always had issues with customer service. We just got [...] a few months ago and she is great. Responsive, fast. Please DO NOT take her away from us.

less appropriate: reporting is frustrating, I get frustrated when I am trying to pull data and can’t figure out how to ask or what the report is called.

As the HR Manager with 12 locations, I have easy access to all personnel information. Our employees are empowered to keep their personal information updated.
