Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom as our HRIS system that covers payroll, benefits, compliance, and also ATS.

Pros

  • Easy to use interface
  • Lots of self help features
  • Mobile app is easy to use

Cons

  • Customer service response time
  • Better ATS system- not many functions
  • Their org chart is not public. When an issue needs to be escalated, it is not easy to know who to speak to.
  • It has streamlined many of our HR systems- training tracking and benefit enrollment to name a few.
It has streamlined all of our processes and made them all way more efficient.
Since we have their ATS system, it has been a huge help gathering and being able to integrate a new employee's information directly from their application versus having to enter everything.
I have not utilized it yet, but have employees who have and have been very thankful for it.
The system itself is way more appeasing to the eye, which is nice for someone who works in it every day. Also, the functionality of the system just seems to make sense.

We really like the system overall, despite some hiccups or growing pains. Overall, it is very easy to use from an Admin and also an employee side. We can incorporate trainings through the system, which is also very nice to be able to do.
