Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom to manage time punches, PTO requests & approvals, learning courses, expenses for reimbursements, manage reviews for performance and raises, bonuses, hiring processes, time and pay approvals. We are able to collect our tax information and make changes if necessary. We also use Paycom to select & manage our benefits and 401K distribution.
Pros
- Easy to approve time off requests
- Paycheck approval is great
- We use it to hire employees and that process works well with the apps that we have tied in.
Cons
- As a manager I would like to have more capabilities to add features which is managed within the company.
- I would like to see more of how the reports can interface with Acumatica.
- I would like to see a better dashboard for open applications for hire
- I feel that our company is in a transition period with the HR & Payroll staff and that this can be greatly improved once that has been completed.
It has greatly differed. Our current situation is in a transition. I feel that our staff has not had the proper training to utilize the software to the best of its ability. We also have not integrated this with Acumatica to make it seemless. There are upgrades available that we need to access to complete the process.
Paycom has reduced the workflow to the Accounts payable team. We have moved from personal reimbursements to our employees to paycheck reimbursements. It has created a better workflow with management approval with expenses and employees submitting them in a timely manner. With employees across the country no longer filling out reports and emailing them with receipts there is less paper and more progress.
We have not used this feature yet. I've seen that it is available however, our staff is lacking support and training on this function. I feel that it will help once we are up to date on the functionality of it but we are not there yet. Once we update Acumatica to 26R2 there will be much improvement.
