Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

ATS, Onboarding, Payroll and benefits administration. We are able to use it for our remote employees to log in and clock in. We also utilize the community to engage remote employees or those without company email.

  • When candidates become employees they should no longer be available as a candidate, they should be fully moved to active employee and pull their application information over to their active employee file.

They have allowed a more streamlined approach and allowed for day 1 of onboarding to be effecient. There is less time spent on "red tape" and more on getting employees to the basics and involved in the work.
Community has allowed us to communicate with folks that do not have access to company email so they don't miss important details. They feel a level of inclusion. It has also assistant in providing a method to introduce new employees to remote workers so when they meet they can easily put a face with a name.
Snagajob was very user friendly and provided an effecient tool for businesses that have a high turnover. There were some limitations such as the HRIS integration that Paylocity offers. Snagajob did not allow for customization whereas Paylocity does. Snagajob also provided an easier way to track applicants in progress.

In larger companies or those with remote workers it works well to address all the needs. There does need to be some streamlining if there are companies utilizing it with high turnover.
