Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I oversee HR for a midsize healthcare organization. I've used a number of SAAS HRIS systems and Paylocity is the most comprehensive, flexible system I've used to date. I've worked in companies as small as 50 to as large as 400.

Pros

  • Onboarding
  • Changes are easy to manage
  • Analytics are well designed
  • Best Call Center for issues that I've used!

Cons

  • Performance Management needs a lot of work
  • Journals and other tools are clunky
  • Where are the org charts?
  • Using data to make better decisions
Has helped us all have 1 source of truth for our data.
We haven't used these tools significantly yet.
Paylocity is a "best overall" SAAS. For a solid, affordable platform for midsize organizations, this is a good choice.

Very strong in the small-mid-market range. I don't know how well it handles larger organizations who might need different features for different subsidiaries...
