Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as our Payroll Processor as well as for Onboarding and Recruiting. We also have implemented Paylocity for a second company. With Paylocity we no longer have to manually enter our information to our 401k administrator, Paylocity has integrated with them freeing up time. Paylocity worked with us to take our exciting ERP to Payroll Processor download and convert it for use with Paylocity so that we did not need to spend additional funds to make the transfer of information between systems work efficiently.

Pros

  • Support!! They are always there no matter how small the question!
  • Implementation!! They walk you through it with grace and are always willing to provide help!
  • Onboarding! We have videos! We have multiple videos to show our new hires how awesome our team is!

Cons

  • The Community section could be pushed more. There is so much that this can do!
  • A "chat" feature between employees and administrators could be useful!
  • Paylocity has allowed a consistent and efficient payroll policy to be written.
  • Paylocity has save time with integrations.
  • Paylocity has save money with a significantly LOWER monthly fee.
We are not currently finished implementing the Recruiting.
We have only begun to use the surveys.
Paylocity is more user-friendly. The report search allows the user to more quickly find what is needed. The dedicated support personnel as well as the support pool are helpful and determined to make sure you get the right answer.

I have not found a scenario where Paylocity cannot help. This second company at AD will be my third implementation in less than a year. Paylocity provides more reports, in more formats, that I currently need, but I am happy to see them! They do ACA reporting. They do compliance. They are a total package.
