Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Good system but customer service is absolutely horrendous. We cannot even get a customer service who understands their own system. Troubleshooting takes a few weeks and responses varies depending on which customer service takes your call. Dedicated account rep is nonexistent. We pay over $120K in fee each year and increasing, we are seriously looking to alternatives.

Either it is a system issue or implementation issue, HR data is not being used well in decision making.

Customer service and help desk were very accessible and application was designed very well. The only issue was cost.
