Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use it for payroll, training, and performance management. The system is very easy to learn, easy to train employees, and great for overall HRIS management. The payroll reports are so easy to review. The quarterly reports are clear and easy to read as to make sure they are accurate. Paylocity files all the quarterly reports for you which makes payroll a seamless process.

Payroll and time off tracking is great. Payroll quarterly reporting is great as well. In my personal experience, I am having trouble with the Career section where we track training. All my information recently moved to notes so now I cannot run reports on the status of training. I have been trying to get support and that is non-existent and that is a big problem since we are starting reviews.

Evaluating Paylocity and Competitors

Yes - ADP Workforce Now. ADP WFN is not user friendly. Everything takes so much time to accomplish.

Last week when I did payroll. I was using the updated payroll process and had never processed payroll that way before.
