Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use it for payroll, managing time off policies, training, and performance management.

  • Paylocity's lack of support is making more work for me. This is not the service I have had previously.

Payroll and time off tracking is great. Payroll quarterly reporting is great as well. In my personal experience, I am having trouble with the Career section where we track training. All my information recently moved to notes so now I cannot run reports on the status of training. I have been trying to get support and that is non-existent and that is a big problem since we are starting reviews.
