Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We implemented almost the full Paylocity suite. It streamlines many or our HR practices.

Before I arrived and we implemented Paylocity we had little to no automation and payroll would take hours, now payroll can be built and processed in under two hours.
We have just rolled out these two over the last couple of months. We are using Impressions and Recognition and employees enjoy it. We need to continue to drive activity there but the feedback we have is good.
Paylocity is FAR better than Paycom, ADP, and Paychex. BambooHR is much more user friendly and "fun" but not quite as robust. I would say for companies over 250 employees that need an all in one, that Paylocity outperforms BambooHR.

Paylocity is a very easy to use system. Their payroll makes things VERY easy to run and is minimal effort on my team. The overall HR system is easy to use in general. We had a little bit of a rocky implementation, but after we pushed we were able to get things back on track. I do not think that was a Paylocity thing as a whole, more of an individual Sales/Implementation issue. We love that all things are in one easy to use solution for our employees: including time cards, HR, benefits, payroll, Community, Learning, Performance, etc. The biggest area of opportunity is strengthening the ATS, cleaning up the reporting, and fixing some bugs on the benefits side.
