Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll, onboarding, recruiting, HR files, Community etc.

Pros

  • Community is fantastic, love it.
  • Payroll
  • ATS

Cons

  • Service - our rep changes all the time, and they don't even tell us. They take FOREVER to answer issues if you email them.
  • Training docs - they lost them all and just recently got them back.
  • Easier to recruit so save time.
  • Feeds to our benefits for payroll - says Lots of time.
  • Employees changing their own information and we approve saves time.
  • Onboarding saves lots of time as its all electronic.
They have helped a great deal, EEs can see their schedule on their phone, they can punch in on the phone and we have it geo set which is great.
These are some of our EEs favs with Paylocity, Community, and Impressions blew up when we started using them, and they are still very popular.
I find it easy to use most of the time.
Paychex, ADP, Isolve, and probably others. I used Paylocity the most and like it

Do you think Paylocity delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Paylocity's feature set?

Yes

Did Paylocity live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Paylocity go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Paylocity again?

Yes

Paylocity has a great program, it has its bugs once in a while, but for most part it's great. I love how they keep coming up with new technology that improves things. I used to be a BIG Paylocity advocate, however, I've had some issues lately with them and the service, that is where they need to improve. You get a great rep then they take them away don't tell you and give you one that knows nothing. You send an email, and the rep passes it on to another dept and it takes weeks to get an answer that is not acceptable. If you call you get better service, but I don't want to always call.
