Paylocity is an awesome tool that my company uses for payroll management, recruiting, and HRIS.

reduction in paper files due to the fact that I can house everything in Payolcity under employees HR file.

Yes! You never know when an issue will come up and you will need to call the support team or someone that is more knowledgeable.
Assisted with a much-needed report for auditor within a few minutes. Reports were accurate and support provided within a reasonable amount of business time.
