Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity to onboard new hires, process payroll, communicate with staff through the community module and time keeping. I like the community module however, it does not offer a lot of options such as adding multiple photos to an announcement. Also, not everything I send in Community is an announcement, so it would be nice to have other features.

The payroll process and time tracking is simple and easy to learn and use. The NEW payroll process is absolutely fantastic. I process payroll so much quicker.
Time tracking is pretty straight forward.
The community modules makes it easy for me to communicate important information to the staff. I have not utilized the peer recognition, surveys and premium video.
Paylocity is 20 steps ahead of Certipay. Paylocity is always updating or adding features to better help us. Certipay's platform is very outdated and not user friendly at all.

Paylocity as a whole is a great platform for almost anyone to use. It is user friendly and customer service has always been very helpful when I need assistance on how to do something within the system.
