Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity is used for Timekeeping and Payroll Processing. It is very difficult to get help with a question from my experience. I am new to Paylocity administration and I am not able to get questions answered. If I call to talk to someone, they just tell me to read an article or fill out a form (that doesn't usually fit my situation very well.) I am not at all impressed with this service.

- With all the problems we have, it's hard to see the good in my opinion
- Someone usually answers the phone for support
- Reports are difficult to customize
- Needs a more simple set up when all features are not being used
- PTO balances aren't calculated correctly I feel

I wish this were the case. I have found that they have not succeeded in this in any way from my experience. I have wasted so much time tracking work hours and PTO because the automated system does not work correctly. I believe that it would work correctly if set up in the right way and I wanted to set it up the right way but I could get no one to help me.
I didn't have the time to explore these features because I am too busy fixing the essential functions of the system.

- the number of bad experiences outweigh the good
- I just have a bad feeling about all of it because of the difficulties I have had
- hsa calculations were never completed prroperly

- payroll took too long to process
