Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity to assist us from hire to retire. Using everything from applicant tracking, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, performance management. learning, and so much more.

Pros

  • Excellent Customer Service
  • User Friendly Platform
  • Great attention to Innovation

Cons

  • Benefits Admin Platform - in my opinion, a bit clunky and disconnected
  • COBRA Admin - I think, also a bit clunky and disconnected
  • Time Savings - Paylocity has replaced so many manual processes
  • Instant access to key data / metrics
As noted in prior comments, we are saving a lot of time with Paylocity. Appreciate the wealth of information that is so easily at hand - things that in years prior would have required a lot of manual creation and manipulation.
Our team loves Impressions. One of the reasons we selected Paylocity because it is such a simple option for recognizing peers across the business.
Sales process much less intense in comparison.
Platform is much nicer and appeared to be more user friendly then Paycor
